MEMBERS’ WEARING OF REGALIA

INSIGNIA OF THE ORDER

The badge of the insignia of the Order has an eight pointed white enameled cross. Between each arm of the cross is a gold two headed eagle and the Arms of the Order, which is a white cross on a red oval shield.

The cross is surmounted with a gold crown and attached by a link ring to a gold trophy bearing the Arms of the Order. The insignia is suspended from a neck ribbon.

MANTLE OF THE ORDER

The mantle of the Order is a full-length red robe, vertically edged with white satin and with a white satin collar. The mantle is fully lined with white satin.

An eight-pointed Maltese cross also in white satin is on the left side of the mantle.

Worn on the left side of the coat by Knight/Dame Grand Cross of Justice and Bailiff/Grand Dame Grand Cross of Justice. The Star is worn on a formal occasion.

Sash of the Order

Knight/Grand Dame Grand Cross of Justice and Bailiff/Grand Dame Grand Cross of Justice wear the Sash of the Order (with the badge of the Order on the lower edge) over the right shoulder to the left hip and under the jacket. The Sash is worn on a formal occasion.

Braid of rank and one silver bar (50 mm long) at each front edge of the collar if K/D of Grace or one gold bar at each front edge of the collar if Knight or Dame of Justice.

Prior of Priory

Grand Prior of Grand Priory

Braid of rank and three gold bars each 50 mm long at each front edge of the collar.
